First things first, welcome to the wiki!

I saw you didn't know how to make a page. To make a page, click on the button in the top right hand corner that says "contribute". it will give you a scroll down menu, click on the button on this menu that says "add a page" then a text box will apear, put the name of the page in and click "add a page in the bottom right hand corner.
