A child of Vulcan at the Roman Camp Half-Blood who, unusally enough, has reached the age of 20. He has experienced many quests, starting when he was around 9 years of age. He is skilled with a gladius, as well as a unique stile of shield combat. His weapons are hidden in the form of twin bracers, Ignus and Glacius. Each bracer can transform into a gladius, or a shield with a blade at the end that is shaped like an arrowhead. His other magical item is a coat he made by weaving bronze with Imperial gold and dieing it black, it contains four pockets, two of which can hold any amount of almost any item.
Sean is a child of Mercury at the Roman Camp Half-Blood who is about 19 years of age. He is also Mark's best friend. They have done almost every quest together, the only exception being certain legion specific rights of passage. He has feelings for Anna Sola, but is not quite sure how to express them with her. He has had no problem expressing similar feelings to any other girl. His fighting style uses duel gladii and a curved shield strapped to his back. His magical items include his magical sword Whiplink that was created by Mark, a ring that turns into a gauntlet that lets him hit with the strength of a giant, and a pair of shoes that not only let him run even faster than he normally can, but also fly.
Anna is a child of the Roman Apollo at the Roman Camp Half-Blood who is also 19 years old. She is great friends with Mark and Sean. She was always the third member on quests that she was able to go on with them. She has feelings for Sean Viator, but is having difficulty expressing them to her, a problem she has had with everyone she has ever gotten close to. She prefers to use a bow in a fight, but is able to use the gladius Mark made for her called Sola. Her magical Items include a bracelet on her left hand that becomes a bow; a ring on her right hand that, when it touches a bow string, creates arrows of fire; another bracelet that goes on her right hand and provides illumination; and a bag that has three pockets, two of which provide medical supplies, and the third which she can store 9 objects of any size. All of these are gifts from her father for quests she has accomplished.
A daughter of Ares around 20 years old at Camp Half-Blood in Long Island, NY. She usually ends up on long term quests, which is why she was not present during the Second Titan war, much to her annoyance. She has vowed to work closer to home, mostly in the United States - Canada if necessary. No further. Her weaponry includes a two handed sword named Agni, modled after her father sword, she hides it as a baseball bat. Ironically, she hates mortal sports. She also has a bracelet that covers her whole arm in specially treated Celestial Bronze so that she can use it as a defense.
He is a son of Hecate around 20 years old at Camp Half-Blood in Long Island, NY. He has been at camp since he was 12, and kept his claiming secret - mostly since it would not have made much of a difference to where he would get stationed. While he has no magical items, per se, he does use a variety of items with his magic, making his daggers fight on their own to defend him, or sending a coil of Celestial Bronze he keeps on him to cut monsters to bits. He specializes in combat magic and teleportation magic styles and is passing at tracking spells.
Max AldoUhhh, Hi? Ya I don't know much about all this Greek God stuff. I was just a normal thirteen year old with a few bad past experiences who techonology had an alergy too. My mom read me the Myths as a kid, but never even thought to imply that she knew they were real. The only thing I know about my dad is that he must be some sort of a sword buff or something because for my sixth birthday he gave me this sword made of a weird metal. Well, he didn't REALLY give it to me, I found it on my bed one day. My mom said it was from him. She also told me it was named Watt. No clue.
Anyways, I don't know what this whole Greek thing is all about. All I know is that when Mark and Alex ended up busting down the door to my bedroom in the middle of the night, every changed.
Right, so me mum has been tellin me about Gods of the sea for ages now, figures that she should respect em all, just to cover all her angles. What she didn't tell me till a giant serpent thingy came out and attacked our boat. If not for Tyson, who is apperently my half-brother, me and mum would be dead and gone. She told me the whole story, and Tyson lead me from the Emerald Isle to Camp Half-blood.
Since I got here everyone has been comparing me to this Percy Jackson bloke, thinking that because he is a son of poseidon born of a mortal parent that I should be able to do all that he could. Well I can do all that and more, without cheatin and jumping in to the River Styx. And I'll prove it!
In some ways, I have known who my father was since as far back as I can remember. My mom always called him the God of War. She just never bothered to mention it was more than a title. They met while she was in the hospital recovering from an injury incurred on her last mission. She was a commando who could infultrate any enemy base and destroy any kind of target, and get out usually unscathed. When I was close to turning thirteen she broke the news that my father was THE God of War, and had called one of my half sisters to come and pick me up. Clarisse was anything but gentle as she came and got me.
At camp all my brothers and sisters enjoy fighting for the sake of fighting, and therefore usually end up loosing when it comes to an opponent with a plan. I enjoy fighting, but I enjoy winning more, so while they just pick up any old weapon and get to it, I have Mastered the Axe. The gifts from my father are only just beginning to show themselves.
I am a son of Vulcan at the Roman Camp Half-Blood. I was given to Lupa at age 3. After 5 years at camp I was given my first quest. I have trained in the art of combat, smithing, automaton creation, and forging magical weaponry.
My specialties are creating automatons and magical weaponry. Despite being stationed at Cabin Nine, I was unable to join the Ninth Legion until the completion of my fifth quest, the recovery of the Flame of Pomei - A magical fire used in forging - and brought it back to camp.
My greatest accomplishments are the creation of Ignus and Glacius, my personal weapons, and the more recent creation of Growlz, my automiton dragon. My greatest failure was when I failed the quest "To Catch the Sky." The result of my failure was a good friend, and fellow camper, lost his left arm. For the next year I was depressed and ashamed of my failure in both the quest, and to protect my friend. My father, Vulcan, gave me a quest that showed me how to create an automiton arm for him, and how to attatch it so that he could use it.
