The Hudson River spirit is the rival of the East River spirit. He dislikes Percy Jackson and is very polluted and dirty.

The Last OlympianEdit
Percy asks him and the East River spirit to sink all of the Titan ships and monsters that were coming across their rivers in exchange for the sand dollar his father Poseidon gave him for his fifteenth birthday. After both spirits agree, Percy splits the sand dollar between the East River and the Hudson River. Holding their side of the bargain, both river spirits stop the ships from crossing.
