Alexandra Danielle Daddario (born March 16, 1986) is an American actress most notable for her portrayal of Annabeth Chase in Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief. She is confirmed to reprise her role of Annabeth Chase in the film adaptation of The Sea of Monsters. In the second film, Alexandra dyed her hair blonde to resemble Annabeth more.
Life and Career

Alexandra was born and raised in New York to Italian and Czechoslovakian parents, both of whom were lawyers. Alexandra had aspired to be an actress since a very young age. She attended the Children's Professional School in New York at age 16 then went to college at Marymount Manhattan College. She did not land any roles until 2002, playing as Laurie Lewis, an abused teenager, on the daytime soap opera All My Children. Alexandra was also a sophomore attending high school at Brearly School, but furthermore stopped due to lack of attendance.
Alexandra played as main protagonist, Heather Miller, in the horror movie The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D. It was released in theaters in January 2013.
Alexandra also appeared in alternative-indie rock group, Imagine Dragons' "Radioactive."
